No learning without practice

In addition to the importance of training in the project, its form should not be underestimated.

If long training days are held on the block without practice, then these are about as useful as the theoretical test for a driver's license.

In such training courses, it is also difficult to do justice to the different levels of knowledge and learning types and to counteract pure sitting through the training.

If participants are also ill, unable to attend due to their working hours, or even leave the company after the training, the training courses have been in vain.

1. Initial training as e-learning

At the beginning of the SAP S/4HANA project, we provide professional initial trainings as e-learnings.

  • They secure the basic knowledge of the individual SAP topics and
  • introduce the new content with SAP S/4HANA.

Equipped with this knowledge, the conceptual work in the project is accelerated and errors due to misunderstandings are specifically avoided.

2. In-depth training with hybrid e-learning approach

For the in-depth trainings, we work with a hybrid e-learning approach.

This approach contains

  • supervised self-learning phases with individual e-learning and
  • targeted but short online practice sessions.

This format allows for self-paced learning with any amount of repetition until it really works.

E-learning increases learning success

E-learning increases learning success

In addition, the hybrid e-learning approach motivates the participants to try out certain things themselves and to take a closer look at the system. In this way, they can practice using the system even before the first test.

The tests can then be used to test the learned knowledge themselves and gain further practical experience.

After the tests, any necessary changes are incorporated into the E-Learnings. The new releases of the E-Learnings thus ensure that users can repeat the changed topics on their own.

The great advantage of e-learning is that it enables effective learning - regardless of different levels of knowledge, learning types, working hours and different locations.

Of course, it is important that companies keep a close eye on progress so that employees are ready for the "practical test" - the go-live of the new system.
