3-fold employer award for GAMBIT

GAMBIT Consulting has received three awards in the "Germany's Best Employer" competition run by Great Place to Work®.

We are pleased to have been named one of the best employers in Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia and the entire "Information and Telecommunications Technology (ICT)" sector.

This was announced today by the Great Place to Work® Institute Germany.

The award was given to companies that offer their employees particularly attractive and conducive working conditions.

Award as an incentive for improvement

"We are very pleased to be among Germany's best employers again this year. At the same time, the awards are an incentive for us to continue to improve and develop the working conditions for our employees in order to remain a Great Place to Work in the years to come.", says GAMBIT Managing Director Michael Ratte.

The evaluation was based on a detailed anonymous survey of GAMBIT employees on key workplace issues such as trust in managers, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, the management was questioned about the measures and offers that are conducive to human resources work in the company. The results of the two internationally proven survey instruments
(Great Place to Work® employee survey + culture audit) were weighted in a ratio of 2:1; the employees' assessment is therefore in the foreground.

"The award stands for a credible management that works fairly and respectfully with employees, for a high level of employee identification and for a strong team spirit in the company", said Frank Hauser, Managing Director at Great Place to Work® Germany, at the award ceremony.

Around 740 companies of all sizes and from all sectors took part in the Great Place to Work® umbrella competition "Germany's Best Employers 2018". They voluntarily submitted to an assessment of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute and the judgement of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the total field of participants (benchmarking differentiated by company size classes). Partners of the "Germany's Best Employers" competition, which has been held annually since 2002, are the "Handelsblatt", the "Personalmagazin", Das Demographie Netzwerk e.V. (ddn) and the Initiative Ludwig Erhard Preis e.V. (ILEP).
