GAMBIT one of the best employers in IT in Germany

Companies awarded by Great Place to Work® pay attention to a respectful, supportive and fair cooperation and corporate culture and thus offer a particularly good working environment for their employees.

Anonymous survey and culture audit

Every year, companies of all sizes and from all sectors in Germany take part in the competition run by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute. The competition is primarily based on an anonymous survey of employees. In addition, there is a culture audit by Great Place to Work®, which analyses processes, measures and instruments of the personnel and culture work of companies. Great Place to Work® is an international research and consulting institute that has companies active in around 60 countries.
