Ursula is a Senior Consultant in the Customer Operations + Lifecycle Services department, which is managed by Nadine Burghardt. Following the successful implementation of the project, Ursula ensures that 1st and 2nd level support requests are processed as quickly as possible in order to guarantee smooth operations on an ongoing basis.
Customers often have little time in their day-to-day business to switch to a new SAP system. Ursula therefore emphasises the importance of taking special requirements into account and remaining in constant communication.
Ursula sees the future of business software in simple, intuitive operation, such as via Fiori apps. Their full potential will be realised, especially in combination with SAP S/4HANA and the cloud.
Ursula likes to analyse complex processes and map them in a step-by-step instruction in the system. In this way, she shows customers new possible solutions or even new implementation processes.
In her adopted home, the northern Black Forest, Ursula enjoys nature in her free time, exploring hiking trails or finding inspiration in good books. She is particularly fond of works by historians.
