One of the best employers in Germany (and elsewhere)

Companies recognised by Great Place to Work® pay attention to respectful, supportive and fair cooperation and corporate culture and thus offer a particularly good working environment for their employees.

In last year's competition, GAMBIT was on the winners' podium in these three categories:

• Germany's Best Employers 2024
• Best employers in ITC 2024
• Best employers in North Rhine-Westphalia 2024

Great Place to Work® is an international research and consulting institute that supports companies in 170 countries at 60 locations worldwide. In Germany alone, the independent institute supports more than 1,000 companies of all sectors and sizes every year and surveys around 440,000 employees.

The competition is primarily based on an anonymous survey of employees. In addition, Great Place to Work® conducts a culture audit to analyse the processes, measures and tools used by companies in their HR and cultural work.
