WalkMe offers a so-called Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).
With this DAP, users of desktop or mobile web interfaces can better get to know and use the software applications – ideally as the software was initially intended by the development team with its features.
By using this solution, the effort for support and training is reduced because the solution – like a digital guide – can take over user onboarding and support on the interface of an application (on-screen).
Furthermore, WalkMe provides analysis functions that help businesses improve their software and the underlying processes. The WalkMe adoption platform continuously identifies gaps or problem areas of the digital assets used within a company.
WalkMe Ltd. was founded in Israel in 2011 and was acquired by SAP in 2024. WalkMe is currently used by around 2,000 companies worldwide in over 40 countries – including more than 30 percent of Fortune 500 companies.
