Kevin's points of view

01

The focus is on people

If you want to change processes, you must never lose sight of one thing: people. That's why Kevin always makes sure to proactively support both the customer and his team.

02

Ensuring clarity

The first step on the path to change is clarity. When it comes to SAP projects, Kevin is keen to convey exactly that. After all, it's easier to reach your goal with open eyes.

03

Using your own strengths to help others

New challenges are an opportunity for Kevin to test his strengths. Kevin is particularly proud of the fact that he is always finding new ways to support others in his work.

04

You can always learn more

Standing still is not an option for Kevin, whether at work or in his private life. He always wants to keep learning. Regular training courses help him to develop further and support the projects even better.

Kevin's current favorite topic: Rethinking change

Change management is about sustainable change - with people at the center.
